For: Accredited investors and qualified purchasers; tribal-treasury counterparties

Non-binding Letter of Intent capturing the indicative commitment, vehicle, term, liquidity, and reporting preferences ahead of definitive subscription documentation. Definitive subscription is by separate private-placement memorandum.

How signature works

  1. Counterparty redlines the .docx in Word or Pages with Track Changes on, or returns a clean countersigned PDF.
  2. Counsel review by Osage Legal — [email protected]. Material redlines are routed to the Office of the Chief Executive.
  3. Countersignature by H. “Smoke” Dupont (CEO & Chairman of the Board). Where a wet signature is required, originals are exchanged by courier; otherwise the executed PDF is the definitive record.
  4. On-chain record — the hash of the executed document is anchored on Osage Network as the standing receipt of record.
